Julia Dabney Counselling

Helping you ...

The detachment and objectivity of a counsellor, trained to provide support in a crisis, is known to help people through trying times, to help them feel ‘whole’ again. Perhaps to even encourage them more towards their own version of ‘a life worth living’ or becoming comfortable in their own skin.

For many, reaching out and asking for help with life's challenges is a daunting step to take.  Plenty of people who've managed it reap real rewards by learning, through therapy, just how common such problems often tend to be and how it's possible to bounce back from difficult periods in life, and rediscover ourselves.

"I started therapy with Julia in my darkest days not seeing any light at the end of it. I kept making the same mistakes due to my trauma and no awareness to how it affected my mindset. Julia guided me out of the darkness and enabled me to go from strength to strength. A few months out of therapy, for the first time in my life I am able to put my feelings first and use skills I have learnt with her to avoid the same mistakes happening" ... AS

"I can highly recommend Julia as she has made me feel and continues to make me feel heard, supported and encouraged to make the essential changes in my lifestyle to achieve contentment.  These changes have endured and I continue to grow with Julia's support" ... JlS
